Policies & Requests

1. Rooted Quantum Wellness is a project of the Private Membership Association, Vibrance Collective. It is necessary to become a member prior to accessing services with us. We will assist you with this when you book your first appointment with us.

2. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow adequate time to get checked in and use the bathroom so the group session may start on time.

3. Please remove your shoes before entering our EES room, unless other arrangements have been made with RQW and it will cause you concern or discomfort.

4. Please refrain from wearing anything scented in our EES room. Many of our members are very sensitive to smells.

5. Once in our EES room, if your mobile device isn't required, please turn it off or put it on airplane mode. If it is brought to our attention that you are causing distractions, you will kindly be asked to leave and book a private experience.

6. Please do not move any furniture in our EES room.

7. Please let us know if we can assist you with any of our policies or requests.

Financial Agreement & Cancellation Policy:

1. All payments are final and non-refundable.

2. Sessions must be paid in full at the time of service.

3. Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment to avoid paying for your session in full.

4. Please arrive on time so as not to forfeit your session time. You will be charged a no-show fee and pay for your session in full. Thank you for understanding, as we work to minimize distractions for our members.

5. Veteran special pricing may not be shared with non-veteran members.

6. EESystem packages may be shared and have no expiration.

7. Please check with your FSA benefits administrator to determine if your EES sessions are eligible for reimbursement.

8. We do not accept insurance for services.

Taking Care of our EESystem:

We ask that members please take extreme caution and care around our EESystem equipment. These computer generators are precisely aligned and will not provide the maximum benefits to its users if they are knocked out of alignment. If they are touched and this were to occur, RQW would be required to fly technicians out to fix the issue, as well as be out of commission during that time.

Therefore, any individuals found intentionally touching or interfering with any part of our EESystem will be asked to leave the room, will lose access to the remainder of their session and all future sessions, will not receive any refunds for services paid, and will not be permitted to return. This individual will also be charged a $3,000 fine to the credit card on file to cover the technician fees. Thank you for your understanding.
